Travelling February 29th with mom. I have her listed as a nominee and will request upgrades for us at 7 day window.
Return flight is March6th. The 7 day window to upgrade is February 28th for me,but the nominee list goes to February 29th. Mom is on a latitude fare.

Will I need to wait until I re-nominate mom to my E upgrade account on March 1st to request her upgrade? That will shorten her window for upgrade request by 2 days which is still 24 hours ahead of the E upgrade window

I suspect I know what will happen,have I missed something?
