Thanks. I guess I have just been lucky. In the last few months I received full breakfast buffets at the Conrad HK, ADT Paris, PRG Old Town and Budapest Old Town and Tower Bridge Hilton and LHR Terminal 4 Hilton. They all had lounges, with breakfast, but they were crowded so I just went to the restaurant. I guess that's why I thought breakfast buffet was included. The maitre'ds at the restaurants asked for my name and room number and I was on a list and they crossed me off so I thought it was ok. As I was never questioned or charged except at LAX I guess none of the hotels had a problem with it.
