I believe it was the day they accepted (and charged me), before I actually got the card. It did come quickly though, within 3-4 days as I remember.
Your best bet is to call the rewards team on 01733 347007 and have them open a "Task", or "TMS" and send you the answer to your question in writing, that takes about a week.
