On a fully flex ticket, I think you can do a no show and cancel even after the flight has departed. Refund may take a while as they will have to check that you did not board the flight in the first place.

Is this correct?

I have some seen on some non-BA T&Cs on the ticket where it states a fare is only refundable if cancelled before the flight departure.
