I have gotten similar error messages when I am logged into United.com and then become idle for a while. If I then try to do something that you need to be logged in to do, it gives an error message instead of prompting you to log in. If you use Internet Explorer, try opening the link in a private browser window and see if it prompts you to log in and then shows you the price.
