1) I was told that I could not combine my personal UR and business UR points. When I signed on, I looked to see if I could transfer points and it does not offer me the option to transfer from my business to personal.
4) Yes. Some of us have received a 50,000 point sign up offer with first spend - and first spend can be any dollar amount, including a few cents.
