I would contact the hotel directly and request to purchase some. Not all Ws use pink towels, so they may be specially ordered for the hotel. Otherwise, ask the hotel where they buy the towels and contact that company.
They are dark purple pool towels at the W Barcelona. They are really strict about not letting you trek through the lobby back to the room elevators wrapped in a towel or with a towel in hand. Now if a towel accidentally fell into your beach bag while you were at the pool, then it might accidentally end up in your room.
