but that is where the bar is (AKA club kitchen or something) for you to help yourself from. Of course if there isn't what you want there, then why not ask? Crew have a separate rest area (on LH which is all I am thinking off) so there should be no problem asking.

Personally I do think its rude to summon the staff with call bell - I would not have made a good Edwardian Gentleman! But on the other hand the seats do have a call bell and it certainly could be argued what's it there for if not to be used?
