If they cant or wont do this then i would feel that it could affect my service further. (not that I have had any bad service on BA or any other airline for that matter that i felt needed a complaint of any sort)
But how does the CSD know there"s a problem if nobody mentions it to them? Everybody is different and what is acceptable to one person isn't to the next. Only if you say something at the time can the matter be addressed.
I honestly wonder if some people never encounter problems elsewhere. I find unbelievable rudeness on a daily basis incluiding from those who I pay thousands of poumds to every year. If I complain 9 times out of 10 I get an offensive reply in return. When I see how my colleagues and I behave we're so charming compared to the rudeness in everyday life.
