F, definitely not, CW, not all the time, but if someone is wanting a lot of top-ups, it might be necessary or a good idea - in fact my feeling is that there should be a bar area (half joke, half serious).

It's a bit of a balancing act though because some cabin crew members seem really heavy-footed and it can be quite disruptive if they are going up and down all the time due to the number of passengers needing a top-up etc, but it will also be disruptive if everyone is walking up and down the cabin for their drinks after the lights have been turned off.

Personally, I don't really like using the call button, but I'm usually happy with a bottle water anyway, because I tend to sleep most of the time in flight.
