I recommend the Grand Hotel with a view of the harbor. All of the restaurants Scadinomad recommends are terrific. We wre there last summer fir several days and enjoyed them all. I don't pt think the Swedish food in the US can be compared except in NYC, but in Stockholm the take on fresh, modern, Swedish is wonderfully. Reserve well in advance! The concierge will help.
