Hello to everyone! I am new to this site and I want to ask anyone if they know where I can buy airline vouchers and or frequent flyer miles? I am planning to go see a girlfriend in the Philippines around April 10 from the Western NY area flying into Cebu and returning around the 2nd of May. I am on a tight budget and I was hoping to keep the cost of my trip to a minimum. I heard that people do sell both frequent flyer miles and airline ticket vouchers. Can anyone please help me and or at least point me in the right direction? Thanks Very Much in Advance!!!!!
