Stayed at this resort three different times the past four years, none during high season and never got upgraded. However, all three stays were great. Room size is generous, even the den studio. The kitchenette was a great perks for us, as it enabled my wife to cook breakfasts for the kids and late nite snacks. They provided pretty much everything you need to cook anything from lite meals to full dinner, from plates, cups, bowls, spoons, forks, knifes and all cooking necessities. Plus a dishwasher and dishwasher soaps included. The staff were all great during our stays. We'd definitely come back.
