I just called Platinum Desk, she was surprised there is now a line in my record that shows how many years Platinum and how many years left to obtain lifetime...my wife and I are showing nine years with one year to go...so cool.

My question to our illustrious Lurkers is, does this years 2012 status earned last year count or is it already counted in the nine years.

I always like to come to the SPG thread because it is mostly good news and real enhancements...quite the opposite of seeing how Delta is devaluing their best customers on a daily basis.

SPG is truly a win/win relationship...I appreciate their loyalty and they earn ours in return...THANK YOU
