So I discussed this right side, left side, anomaly with 2 women (one from Tokyo and one from Osaka).The Osakan insists that the Tokyo-ites are wrong on this ! They should follow international standards and adopt the Osakan way.....(and that Tokyo needs food that is more flavorful, but that was a different conversation).
