Enterprise car rental, in my opinion uses an illegal program for what they call the "fuel Service Option" They price their gas below market value, then tell you to bring the car back empty even though it might have only 3/4 of a tank of gas when you picked it up. When you check it in, they charge you for a full tank of gas. If the Manufacturer says the tank holds 21 gallons.....they charge you for 21 gallons no matter if the tank is half full. I complained and they said they would reimburse my credit card for the full amount of gas charged. No matter how you look at this it is "Crooked".
