Make sure you stay on top of them regarding the terms and push for your miles. The reps don't know the terms very well and don't understand how it applies. Case in point, my first email was to confirm everything was good on my account and that i had completed the requirements. Rep said yes, except that i needed to make one more bill pay (which i had just made that day, so maybe not showing up). Great. Waited a week and asked again, everything good? Answer: Regrettably, you have not met the terms as it is for two months and your next billing cycle doesn't end until Feb 3rd. Wait, what? That doesn't even make sense. Third email, proving that I met the terms, answer: yes, you are fine, you will get your miles by May.
Kind of annoying, and I know I had to stay on top of them previously the last time i signed up. You will work for your miles, that is for sure.
