Beat expectations across the board and puts SPG as #1 again in the hotel loyalty program game. There have been a number of (valid) complaints over the past few years in comparison to other programs and SPG has done a commendable job of addressing them. In the world of "you'll never make all the people happy all the time," SPG has done a great job of finding something for everyone.
