1) Still hoping for any ground transportation help/info for 10:35 PM arrival - as in my post #188 above - Thanx!

2) On my DL.com itinerary, in the column where it usually says "upgrade eligible", the entire column was totally blank. I called to see what they could do to get it to read "upgrade eligible" for my domestic segments DCA/MSP & MSP/DCA. The agent was going to "resell" (her words) the segments as DL segments, but she asked a supv, and was told no - - BUT - - now, the entire column says "not upgrade eligible"! I was told by 2 agents that I will have to request to be put on the UG list manually at the airport.

Has anybody had any luck or info with this?
