No - it just means that the operation in Fiji (if that is indeed where it is!) is a third party, operating on behalf of Swiss, but who are actually not direct employees of Swiss.
Just like when any continental Europeans ring British Airways or the British Airways Executive Club, they end up speaking to operators working for the
Flyline call centre in Bremen - who are contracted to represent BA to the European market - rather than talking to actual British Airways employed staff. (Though Flyline is indeed 100% owned by BA).
