Well if you dont call it seems you can't change the booking either - so you may have to. Also, if you explain it's something you have tried to do online, but that the system is not allowing it (perhaps keep a screen grab which you can always email to them as proof), then they should waive the offline fee.

As an aside, it does seem you like to start threads in the BAEC forum about how to change tickets online, fees for changing tickets online, dates for changing tickets online or simply grumbling about silly IT systems which wont let you change award tickets online. When is enough enough?
