I'm on hold with Asia Miles on the phone and the phone system appeared to accept my AM number, so is this a log-in computer glitch? Anybody else having troubles logging in today?
Finally, if one calls AM, does one expect to be on hold for >30 minutes? Longer?
Cathay (and probably linked with Asia miles) are in the process of upgrading their system on 1st Feb 2012 and most services would be unavailable. That may have contributed to your issue.
