I tried logging in today and got an error message indicating my account was 'In-active'. I've successfully logged into my account about 6 or 7 times over the past week, including last night.

Granted, I'm using Asia Miles for searching Award availability (like many others do), but in reading the fine print in the Terms & Conditions from the Asia Miles website, it indicates that accounts would remain open for a period of 36 months, and then de-activated if there was no activity. I joined in January 2011, so would they automatically deactivate my account on Jan 31 this year (today)? I couldn't find any other references in the Sticky threads or online at AM relative to accounts going inactive after 12 mos.

I'm on hold with Asia Miles on the phone and the phone system appeared to accept my AM number, so is this a log-in computer glitch? Anybody else having troubles logging in today?

Finally, if one calls AM, does one expect to be on hold for >30 minutes? Longer?
