Question Lounge access: Flying Air Pacific (QF flight number)

I am flying Air Pacific to Fiji (with a QF flight number) and am trying to figure out if I have lounge access as a SG. If I was a member of the QP the QFF website is clear that I would have access as I only need a QF flight number. But as my lounge access is through SG, the rules state access is only available on eligible flights that are both marketed and operated by a Qantas, Jetstar or oneworldŽ alliance airline. The flight is operated by a partner airline (Air Pacific), which does not meet any of these criteria.

Am I reading the rules too literally, or does this distinction really exist?

Thanks,

Jase.

EDIT: Found this thread, so know about access in Nadi, but unclear about departure from Oz.
