I had booked a TPAC flight and they dinged me 80K SM for the upgrade FT (it was a single fare, not broken). Upgrades on all legs but one.

When I called and had the 80K SM charge fixed, they found some Z on the intra Asia leg that was not showing on EF as of an hour earlier.

I did wonder if they have this as an option for making up on a DL mistake.
