I enjoy it, and find it a nice start to the journey, and that it loosens me up upon the return (if flying back into LHR).

However, as mentioned above, availability is terrible at LHR. It used to be bad but based on recent experience it seems to have got worse. There is no point in advertising the benefit if, in reality, there is little or no availability.
