All miles (flight or Amex related) which I have collected since Jan 1st appear on my online statement, but they do not add up to the balance which remains stuck to its Dec. 31st level.

My current balance for qualifying flights is set to 4, it takes into account the Amex bonus but not the actual flights I have taken in 2012 (though they appear in the statement and are indicated as qualifying).

Has anyone the same issue ?
