As explained here (for what that's worth), CK is a flag that is orthogonal to elite status level (e.g, one can be CK and have no status, or be gold, plat, exp). So, if CK tops EXP, would that mean any CK tops any EXP without CK, or would only EXP with CK top an EXP without CK?
