May I ask you about Diamont upgrade? What do you think - is this a place for family with two youg kids (is there a kids club).

All the best!
I was able to book highest category non-suite award over the Diamond desk phone. I wasn't able to book it online. Give it a try. "1 QUEEN SEAFRONT W/BALCONY" is indeed sea front. No marvelous sunrise/sunset though. Ebb tide is noticeable. One must walk less than mile to see one. Room itself is not very big. I don't think it will fit 4 of you comfortably. Bathroom is by design terrible. Even the most careful bathing will get whole room including WC wet. Maybe suites are better. I didn't get any additional upgrade.

This time we were just ourselves. I didn't notice dedicated kids club. Now I'm thinking that there were less kids and significantly less people from US in this Hilton Property. I recall just one pool. Couple of days very well built topless Russian lady was sunbathing. She always had same man by her day and night. We had fun looking at other people wive's reaction when a husband started to stare Not typical nudity at the hotel though. Hotel staff didn't care.

Adventurist will have fun. I don't think it's worth the hassle for a non-FT family to get to/from ZNZ

I'd choose Thailand for a family fun if it'd be ok to fly far away. I've done Phuket more than once. There are other interesting properties in Thailand besides Hilton Phuket. During extended summertime (April-October) Barcelona is good, sea is just across the street. Conrad Bali is great. Not sure if it's best option for small kids.
