me too - been trying to OLCI for a flight to MIA tomorrow and no luck whatsoever. Mostly it says there are no bookings in my profile - there are 5. And entering the booking ref just brings up an error message.
It has also reverted a lot of advanced passenger information to old info. The website is well and truly shot today....
