After trying to book online, without success in being able to attach the cert, I made calls to Plat reservations in an effort to get the booking made and cert attached.

The information received from the Plat desk was this type of cert cannot be booked online and must be booked with them. Also, the reservation details will continue to show the stay as a 20,000 point redemption with the cert attached prior to the stay behind the scenes.
