Glad I finally checked on this - didn't know if I needed to do anything special to "register" but it looks like you just need a "rewards" account.

I've had a Papa's Reward number for a while, but don't order from there much. Went to my account today to check on this promotion and saw that I basically already have a free pizza waiting for me! Sweet!
