I have used KVS in the past, but it seems like I can't get the grip of it. I just searched for a DL award flight from JFK to NRT for 3 ppl on August 10th. KVS says "CX+" is available. From the legend I found in the FAQ's it should be mean there is J class available at any award level and enough seats. If I got to DL.com and try to look for this flight it shows up as medium award level. What exactly am I doing wrong or not understanding?
As per the
KVS Tool User Guide,
xX indicates that you need to activate the [Info] mode to see the mileage level required:

In this case, 110K SM corresponds to a Medium Level C Class Award.
The next version of the
KVS Tool will be able to decode this automatically for most routes and show
xS/xM/xA instead of
xX.
