That must be for ex-CO flights. This flight arrives regularly at N14 or N15.

The bad news is that it was 30 min delayed on Sat and today 13 min delayed. In the latter case I would make the flight, maybe not bag. (But I would actually be happy to take delivery of my bag and it will be done efficiently and quickly in Japan.)

What concerns me further is that today the flight allegedly departed two minutes early but somehow arrived 13 min late. The sched allows 2 hour 50 minutes to fly 1024 miles.... even with a solid headwind this should be possible?!?!

If I take the earlier flight then I have to get up crack of dawn, wait 3 hours in SEA and the flight is currently full in E+ with two seats in F available. Decisions, decisions.
