My vote is for a trip to DXB and stay in a Jumeirah Madinat Hotel executive room on Half board.

WT+ to CW MFU's are good value but if you don't care about the TP's you could look at part cash part miles too from £640 + 40,000 avios.

(don't bother checking the Hotel's direct prices, they are shocking, but UK agents such a bestattravel or destinology usually come in around 1/2 the price you would pay direct, Amex PTS is a good route to take if that is available to you, not quite as cheap as the agents I mentioned but they can get you room upgrades.)
