As to the answers, I'm pretty sure about most of them but as ever I want to play nice. How bout just a couple I'm not sure about... and one that I know because I flew it.

2) What airline pioneered jet service into Concord, CA (CCR) and what was the aircraft type used for the service?
I'm gonna guess an airline with a BAe-146 - say PSA.

3) Name three (3) airlines that provided jet service into Pueblo, Colorado (PUB) in the past.
I've flown into PUB on a Frontier 737, then there's TWA MD-80s that used to do a STL-COS-PUB route. After that, I'm not sure. Maybe the new Frontier with an RJ?

8) What airline operated jet service into Kamuela, Hawaii (MUE) and what was the aircraft type used?
I flew into MUE from OGG in August 1976 aboard a Hawaiian Air DC-9-30. These answers are always easier when you've actually flown the answer!
2) Correct! US Air continued to serve CCR with the BAe 146 after they acquired PSA; however, this service was eventually terminated as part of a decision by US Air to cease flying most if not all intra-California routes.

3) Correct on two counts! Frontier operated not only the B737-200 into PUB but also the B727-200. TWA operated into PUB as well. And the third airline was America West with B737-200 service on a routing of PHX-PUB-COS. I flew on this flight back when HP offered free cocktails in coach.

8) Correct! No jet service these days into MUE.
