So, my grandmother has recently passed away, and I'd like to give my mum a bit of a break away. She is used to travelling with charter carriers and zero-frills airlines, so I figured it might be nice to treat her to an experience in J - with lounge access and champagne (the things we all take for granted!).

I was thinking of taking her away somewhere using my Avios as a cheap getaway - my first idea (as per my other thread) was to go the Canaries, but it appears that this will weigh in at 60k Avios each, which is slightly over-budget for me (I burned a wodge on a trip in F late in the year to HKG a few weeks ago)... so, I'm looking for suggestions for a relaxing trip somewhere for about 50k a piece in J?

Super-mega bonus points for something mid-haul on proper-J.
