Just adding here as well, for anyone who thinks UA employees are "toxic" - like we all caught some disease just by working at United -- It's all about how we act/ work/ function individually. Some are angry and disgruntled and never let go of it. Speaking for myself, I'm totally okay with my Management and Supervision (I've worked under many decent UA folks over the years). I'm a union member because of what it has to offer, not because I like or don't like management or supervision.
....."an educated consumer".......is the way the advertisements go.
