I would add Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Bonita Springs FL to the list.
A kiddie slide for little ones.
A "regular" slide for kids taller than 40 inches (if I am not mistaken) and adults.
Also, guests can used pools at Hyatt Coconut Plantation Vacation Club nearby (free shuttle available).

Room rates may be steep up until April but very reasonable later on.
