As to the answers, I'm pretty sure about most of them but as ever I want to play nice. How bout just a couple I'm not sure about... and one that I know because I flew it.

2) What airline pioneered jet service into Concord, CA (CCR) and what was the aircraft type used for the service?
I'm gonna guess an airline with a BAe-146 - say PSA.

3) Name three (3) airlines that provided jet service into Pueblo, Colorado (PUB) in the past.
I've flown into PUB on a Frontier 737, then there's TWA MD-80s that used to do a STL-COS-PUB route. After that, I'm not sure. Maybe the new Frontier with an RJ?

8) What airline operated jet service into Kamuela, Hawaii (MUE) and what was the aircraft type used?
I flew into MUE from OGG in August 1976 aboard a Hawaiian Air DC-9-30. These answers are always easier when you've actually flown the answer!
