That being said, my comment may be predictable but it is sincere. And judging from the number of similar comments, it is a consistent and widespread sentiment. Dismiss it as you wish, but it is causing me to look for other options. This may have zero impact to AAG.

I used to to be a public relations machine for AAG due to their unequaled frequent flyer program and personnel. This is no longer the case.
I like you too. I like most people here. My post was certainly not meant to be personal. I enjoy reading the comments here, especially to service related issues. Those are something I can speak to and feel I can add some perspective to. It seems like lately though, every post turns into an Alaska bashing fest. It's just getting tiring. I may need to take a break from Flyer Talk for a while and come back later for myself. I do enjoy this site and the people that post here - the Alaska forum, to me, represents the kind of airline Alaska is. This forum, as opposed to a lot of the others, is dominated by a group of folks that know each other and really seem to care about one another. One can only take so much negativity, however. Some of it is very likely valid (not being a member of a frequent flyer program I can't speak to what is/isn't important) while some of it just seems to be gratuitous. Almost like some just bash Alaska because everyone else is. Just know that my post wasn't meant to slam you, just the exhausting bashing. There's got to be something good.
