I seem to recall 30,000 miles is the 'standard' CR offering for an extended F delay; a thread on here the other week got there too (ex JNB over New Year, IIRC).
Extra hotel night and LHR parking s/be refunded too.

Not sure I would ever 'formally' accept being pushed onto the next day's flight (again ), but then again was an AA F flight available and would OP have accepted!

Don't see why BA should refund any 2f1 .. messy.
