Unfortunately the info in the linked pdf seems rather outdated. The transfer hotel closed down years ago.
But you will have access to the SAS lounges since you are arriving on a SAS intercontinental flight in business class.There are a number of private cabins with shower facilities in connection with the lounges.But I donīt know how easy it is to get one since the number of cabins are quite limited .
