Yes I'm well aware of that, which is why the example I gave was a choice between paying for something in two different countries at the same price, rather than choosing a different currency at the point of sale which a charge added on!
Anyhow, all this is hypothetical, in most cases you don't get to choose which currency you pay in unless you pay some charges.
