AZ-coded, AF-operated will earn per the AZ chart (not that there's a difference in this case). *A carriers use operating carrier earning charts for alliance codeshares, but ST (or at least DL) uses marketing carrier for ST-coded, ST-operated flights. Not heard of AZ City Liner before, but I have flown on one of their other regional carriers and a couple AF regionals and got my miles just as expected.
