Not sure if you have to go through customs or not. If you do, you're screwed. If not, you should be able to make it, though your checked bags probably won't. SEA isn't a huge airport; 20 minutes from the S terminal (Delta) to any other gate in any other terminal would be all it would take. Consider how much time it will take you to deplane from the first flight, though.
