weather-wise it rains alot in Jan. It may rain 2-3 days then the weather will clear for a few days. The good news is that its also alot cooler. Jan is my favourite time to visit S'pore. It feels much greener and certianly cooler.
Dress-wise , leave behind the tux
. Its very casual , you might need a sports jacket at the Raffles.
Don't worry abt. language.
