Ah, the lounges.

What is a lounge? It's an area where you get some complimentary food and drinks. Ideally it's not crowded and with good seating.

Ok, LHR T5 lounges are really good, you have some excellent bars/restaurants in T5 but still, the lounges are very very good.

However, many airports have very good public areas. LHR T5/T3 JNB, CPT, JFK (T7), LAS, MIA.

What I expect of an airport is something good to eat and drink. I also expect a decent seat while waiting. Most major airports offer this.
