Suites are specifically excluded for Golds but Diamonds are now eligible for them. If the Diamonds are upgraded to the better rooms, I think this may actually open up more EL rooms.
I would assume excluded rates are those booked from third party websites (Expedia, Orbitz, hotels.com, etc and consolidators)
