Not strictly a FRA FCT/L question but related - in short how much time do you consider 'enough' to enjoy the First Class Lounge/Terminal experience?

My wife and I have our around the world honeymoon scheduled for later this year and my very understanding wife let me route us through MUC, FRA and ZRH all on the same day so we can experience all three First Class Lounges/Terminals in Lufthansa's system. The flights booked are;

LH106 MUC-FRA in C
LH1196 FRA-ZRH in C
LX180 ZRH-BKK in F

We will be originating in Munich. How early would you arrive in Munich to 'maximize' your time in the FCL at MUC, assuming our goal is to collect a duck and have a fun breakfast?

We have about 5 hours in Frankfort, is it worth the trek to the FCT for the car ride, or would you recommend using the FCL and just maximize time taking advantage of the facilities (to grab a day-room, to have a lunch and collect another duck)?

Lastly we'll be in Zurich for 5 hours before our flight, is it worth it to grab a day room and a full dinner?

Or with 5 hours to kill in Frankfort and Zurich would you recommend forgoing time in the lounge to explore the cities for a few hours? Ok and to fully hijack this thread with an unrelated question - what would be the check-in procedure for this day? Would we get all 3 boarding passes at the LH First Class check-in in MUC? Or would we need to check-in at each lounge? Also how would checked-luggage work, especially in Zurich, do we need to collect or would it pass thru?
